My friend at the post office keeps pet Tarantulas and Scorpions and we share an arachnid connection when I am at her U.S.P.S. counter mailing packages. Today she gifted me the exoskeleton shed by her tarantula.

I shared the tarantula skeleton with my 5 year old granddaughter and she was hesitant to hold it at first, but she will soon be as comfortable with spiders as with teddy bears.
