Our costumes are unpacked and put away for another year but the memories and photos of last weeks trip to the Maryland Renaissance Festival are fresh.

The weekend’s weather was perfect and there were throngs of attendees and many walked away wearing a Marty Magic ear cuff, pendant or ring.

There are games of all sorts; the favorite being the Jacob’s Ladder challenge. John mastered the art of climbing Jacob’s Ladder many years ago and now it’s time for Molly and Sterling to learn the balancing act. This season, John excelled by climbing it while balancing a full beer. Should I be proud?
