Although too much time is spent in the office, managing the business, our favorite days are those when we can design together.  Alisha and I share workspace on an heirloom drop down desk and when we are not talking we listen to mystery audio books while we design. Alisha is talented and quick to learn and is making her mother proud!

Alisha is putting the final detail on a Sugar Glider Charm and I am in the early stages of sculpting a Squid Ear Cuff.  Both of these pieces will be available early this summer.

My new Octopus Tentacle Ear Cuff is now available in both solid sterling silver and antique bronze.  This was a challenging design to create with the many suction cups but I have had requests for a smaller octopus themed ear cuff.

After a trip to India and the U.A.E. I’m finally getting traction on creating new jewelry designs.  This original wax carving is for a one of a kind, 18K gold, Turtle pendant, set with an 11 carat Arizona Fire Agate. Several years ago, I designed a Fire Agate Turtle Pendant but the shape and size of each stone determines the design so no two Fire Agate Turtle Pendants will be alike.  I expect this piece to be available towards the end of April.

My talented daughter and new apprentice, Alisha, just complete her first lost wax jewelry design.  The Kiss Charm, a pair lips, is our newest addition to the Marty Magic Collection, and just in time for Valentines Day!
